Vanamahotsav Activity
Vanamahotsav is an annual tree planting festival that comes in the month of July. It plays an important role to make the earth green and happy.
On the account of Vanamahotsav, students from std Ist to IVth prepared different food items. All the students were assigned to carry certain ingredients by their class teacher and all of them along with their teachers enthusiastically participated in preparing the food items like bhel, sandwiches, canapies. Everyone had a wonderful time and learnt a lot. It was a very fruitful experience.
Guru Purnima at Shree Mahalaxmi Primary School

Guru Purnima
Guru Purnima is a religious festival dedicated to offering respect to all the spiritual and academic gurus. People mark this day by worshipping their gurus and thanking them for being the guiding light in their lives.
Tree Plantation Drive: 100+ Saplings Planted by Students
Date: 15th July 2024
Goa Forest Department in association with Yuva and St. Cruz Village Panchayat planted over 100 saplings. Saplings included varieties of mango , jackfruit, kokum, drumsticks, guava, cashew, almond etc. Students, teachers and ex – students from various schools of the Mushtifund Saunstha joined in to plant the saplings.
