The 24th World IPCA Chess Championship 2025 began at the International Centre Goa, uniting top Persons with Dosability players from around the world. The opening ceremony featured cultural performances and dignitaries who highlighted Goa’s commitment to inclusion and empowerment through sport.

Mushtifund High School Chess Team secured 5th place at the State Level Chess Tournament organized by S.V. & V.D. Wagle High School at Mangeshi. 73 teams participated in this tournament.
